  1. To the Legal Community,

I may be spinning my wheels. A serious amount of time has passed since my incident. However,
I would like to pose one question and if answered in the positive, would like to know if you
    pursue my case?

I became disabled in 1995 as a result of the Federal Government. I knew nothing about the
possibility of a problem until 1999. I wrote a group of essays that I compiled into one article
    (http://themainbang.typepad.com/blog/files/TheDOTisSickSickSick.pdf) that explains what
    happened to me.

My health (Major Depressive Disorder, Severe, Without Psychotic Features) came about because
of the incident. Because of the mental nature of my problem, I have been unable to follow up on
    any redress.

I believe that I can prove that the incident was the direct fault of the Federal Government, as well
as a contractor providing service to the Federal Government.

I guess, My main question is this: Is there any give on the statute of limitations concerning mental
problems which cause the harmed party to be unable to pursue a case?
